Official: Pepe Mel took over West Brom 10.01.2014

West Bromwich Albion has confirmed that Pepe Mel is the new manager of the team. Mel replaces Steve Clark.

"The appointment ends our long search at length to find the most suitable candidate to take over the team," said the club chief Richard Garlik to the official website of West Brom.

"Pepe was one of the best candidates regard to his impressive achievements and proved our first choice," he added.

"He is a coach with a vision of the future, whose teams are known that play attractive and positive style of football," says Garlik.
