Mascara will leave Barcelona in late January 17.01.2018

Barcelona defender Javier Mascherano will leave Barcelona after a quarter-finals match in the Spanish Cup tournament, Mundo Deportivo reports. The meeting will take place on January 25 at the Nou Camp.

The Catalans visit Espanyol in the first match later today, but the 33-year-old Argentine will not play because of an injury. Mascherano will continue his career at the Chinese club Hebei Fortune. The transaction amount will be about 10 million euros. Mascheroano himself urges the Catalans to release him in January, although he has a contract with the club by the summer of 2019.
