Lucas Hernandez and Paul Pogba will not fly to the 2022 World Cup final.


The French defender of Bayern was injured in the match of the 1st round of the group stage of the tournament in Qatar against Australia (4:1) and recently underwent knee surgery.


Munich believes that a 6-hour flight to Qatar will not contribute to the player`s recovery. However, if France wins the final, the player will be allowed to celebrate in Paris.


Juventus also does not want to release midfielder Paul Pogba for the tournament final in Qatar. The 29-year-old midfielder had knee surgery in September and then suffered a thigh injury.
