Barcelona`s sporting director said Ousmane Dembele always wanted to stay at the club.


Last summer, the winger`s contract with the Catalans expired, and the parties signed a new agreement, despite interest in the player from other clubs.

He remained a free player and had every opportunity to decide where he wanted to play. And he decided to stay in Barcelona.
