Austrian Dominic Team defeated Novak Djokovic 6:7 (5), 6:3, 7:6 (5) in a Bjorn Borg group match at the ATP finals in London. So Tim, who started with a win over Roger Federer, qualified for the tournament semifinals for the first time in his career. Djokovic and Federer will have to determine the other semi-finalist from the stream in a direct clash with each other on Thursday.

It was one of those special matches that I will remember for a lifetime, Team admitted after the victory, which was second to him over Djokovic the year after winning the Roland Garros semifinals in the summer and fourth overall in his career. By the end of the game, game was going game by game, and it came to a tiebreaker, in which Tim finally made a mistake and the set went for a Serb.

In the second set, the Austrian made his first breakthrough, and Djokovic`s unprovoked mistakes increased. In the end, Tim leveled the score in sets and the winner had to be determined in a decisive third.

The Austrian drilled Nole in the first game, and then though difficult to hold his submission. In the third game, the Serb dropped the tension, insulting his coaches, and seemed to ease it and the game predicted by contacts with soccer-tips started and the breakthrough was soon returned, and the result was even - 3:3. Great drama followed. The team made another breakthrough and served for the 6:5 victory, but Djokovic did not give up and the Austrian faced problems with his first opening shot.

So it came to the second tiebreaker of the match. Djokovic led by 3-0, but the Austrian turned and came to two matches. He missed the first, but then came to victory after Djokovic`s service and ended the 168-minute battle at the O2 Arena.
