Bartomeu testified on the transfer of Neymar and the deal with Santos 13.02.2015

Maria Bartomeu Josep appeared before a local court to give testimony on the transfer of Neymar and the deal with Santos.
Ten days ago the prosecution in Catalonia pressed charges against Bartomeu. The charge was for an alleged crime against the State Treasury.
Bartomeu still is not on trial, unlike the previous President of the Catalonian Club Sandro Rosej, against whom specific charges were raised.
Sandro Rosej will have to defend himself before a local court after being indicted for financial fraud amounting to 2.8 million euro in the case of transfer of Neymar of Santos.
The national prosecution office of Spain raised a total of five charges against Rosej. Three of them are tax violations, the other two are for financial fraud and corporate crime.
