Premier League is disappointed by FIFA for the winter World Cup in Qatar 24.02.2015

The boss of the Premier League of England Richard Skudemor said he is 'very disappointed by the poor judgment of FIFA to recommend holding the 2022 World Cup in Qatar during the winter, in the months of November and December.'
