The doctor Herbert Kramer, who was helping the soul mate of Neymar Carolina Dantas during pregnancy before her time, filed a lawsuit against the Brazilian national, seeking compensation from him for 13 000 euros, the Catalan Edition 'Sport'.
The former girlfriend of the star of Barcelona born baby boy, named David, Luke, in August 2011 and Neymar became the father.
Now Dr. Kramer claimed that he had to radically change their plans - and for a time gave his private practice and to feel more comfortable with the girl he hired another doctor and nurse.

Taking all this into consideration, Kramer has decided to take action against Neymar with compensation claim in the amount of 13 000 euros.
