| | Marseille renewed the contract of the first New Zelandian in the team21.07.2015 |
Olympic Marseille is after signing a three-year contract with Bill Tuiloma. Earlier in the year he became the first footballer from New Zealand with the match in the French elite.
The 20-year-old defensive player is playing at the club by 2013, as so far he had appearances for only the mirror team. The serious financial crisis of the Phoenicians and the breakup with a bunch of leading footballers, however, opened his way to the first team for season 2015/2016.
'I am very happy to be here.', said Tuiloma. 'I think this 3-year contract is good for me and I'm proud to be part of the team. My ambition is to obviously be among policy holders and to participate in the important matches.'
