Chelsea is preparing an offer for a player from PSG 24.09.2015

The English Grand Chelsea wants the midfielder Blaise Matuidi from PSG.
According to the press, the Blues are considering to make an offer for the 28-year-old French national, 30 million euros plus John Obi Mikel. The offensive is planned for the winter transfer window.
PSG, however, is reluctant to part with one of its main players, at least until the end of the season.
