Pep Guardiola has rejected the offer of Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich to take over the team, reported the English editions. According to the information, the Russian billionaire has made a very serious offer to coach Bayern, but he has refused.
The owner of Chelsea was ready to pay 12 million pounds to Pep per season.
Guardiola, who is now in charge of Bayern Munich has already announced that he would leave his post and will continue his career in the Premier League.
Abramovich contacted Guardiola after the dismissal of Jose Mourinho. The former mentor of Barcelona, however, refused the proposal made by the Russian billionaire.
There is still no clarity on whether Roman Abramovich gave Guardiola or will make a new offer for him in the coming weeks.
