Manuel Pellegrini: 'I feel sorry for Benitez.' 6.01.2016

The coach of Manchester City, Manuel Pellegrini, commented on the dismissal of Rafael Benitez from Real Madrid. The Spaniard was fired after the unsatisfactory performance of the team in the League and embarrassing ejection of the team from the King's Cup.
Pellegrini has experience with white ballet "after one season out at the head of this legendary Club from July 2009 until May 2010.
'In the end, I had one full season at Real.', commented Pellegrini.
'I had a few substantial disagreements with the club president, but it's not funny when you see what happened to Real in the last 5-6 years.', added the coach, who currently leads the English Manchester City.
'I feel sorry for Rafael Benitez because I believe that he is a coach worth respect. But, what happens at Real doesn't surprise me.', he said.
