The working visa of the Brazilian playmaker, Alex Teixeira, could prove fatal for the transfer of the footballer from Shakhtar in Liverpool. The English club has already made a formal offer for the attacking player worth nearly 25 million pounds, which is currently being discussed by the leadership of the team from Donetsk.
Top scorer of Shakhtar, however, is not a regular national of their country and this can be a serious obstacle to the issuance of a work visa for England.
From Liverpool still hope that they can pull one, citing the special scoring system, according to which, the footballer has to collect a minimum of four points. The system for calculating the points is quite complex, as are taken into account several criteria such as the transfer amount, pay for certain periods, classification of his current Club in the League, as well as the percentage of matches in which he was involved.
