The star of Evergrand Guangzhou, Jackson Martinez, received a solid amount in the winter transfer from Atletico Madrid in the Chinese Grand.
For a couple of days, the paid 42 million euros made the Colombian the most expensive addition in the Asian country before Jiangsu Suning to pay 50 million for Alex Teixeira from Shakhtar Donetsk.
Under the contract between Guangzhou and Atletico, Martinez has received 5% of the transfer sum as a signing bonus. In other words – with the transition the footballer got directly a little over 2 million.
