A few days after the Spanish media announced Diego Simeone for sure new Chelsea manager, today the Daily Telegraph wrote that another Argentinean also is a candidate number 1. It comes to Jorge Sampaoli, who made international fame for his work with the national team of Chile.
Currently, the blues of West London are led by the veteran, Guus Hiddink, but lost with 1:2 at the visit of Paris Saint-Germain in the first eighth-final round in the Champions League. Hiddink took over the post in December when Jose Mourinho was fired, and officially the new manager will take over the work of the new season.
Diego Simeone and Massimiliano Allegri are the other two main contenders, but not with more chances of Sampaoli. But the former Chilean head coach is first on the list because his style is liked by the Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich.
