The attraction of the Real Madrid midfielder Toni Kroos remains one of the priority objectives for the new manager of the Citizens, Pep Guardiola, ESPN reported.
The English club is prepared to spend 75 million dollars for Kroos. The problem appears to be the amount recorded in the treaty of Kroos for dissolution of his contract - 300 million euros.
Guardiola also wants a Luis Suarez from Barcelona and is of the opinion that without him and Kroos, the club cannot compete with Manchester United, which strengthened itself with Heinrich Mchitarjan and Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
