Roma and Tottenham reached an agreement for the transfer of the defender Federico Fazio. He will play in the new season as a rental there.
Roma will pay 3.4 million pounds for the rent of the Argentinian defender.
Fazio will travel to Rome tonight to sign with 'the wolves'. The player's agent confirmed the news.
'I can't reveal the formula of the transfer. Tonight we will travel from London to Rome. Franco Baldini played a key role in tat deal.', said Salva Sanchez.
Fazio played only 14 games in the Premier League for Tottenham last season.
The 29-year-old footballer went to Tottenham with a transfer from Sevilla for the sum of £8 million in 2014, but failed to come to grips with the competition of the 'White Hart Lane', and then spent five months as a rental again at the 'Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan'.
