Cale Makar did not finish the NHL match against Seattle (6:3). The Colorado defenseman left the court after his first shift of the third period.
He also missed the final 9 minutes and 52 seconds of the second period.
He totaled 15:07 ice time and 2 assists for his 13th straight NHL game. He has 23 points (5+18) in 13 games of the season.
He pulled something late in the second period and couldn`t continue, Avalanche coach Jared Bednar said.
Recall that Colorado`s leading scorer Ross Colton previously broke his leg, and Miles Wood and Jonathan Drouin cannot play due to upper body injuries.
