Sinner on upcoming doping trial: I`m positive about how things will turn out 20.11.2024

Jannik Sinner commented on the upcoming CAS hearing on his doping case. Previously, WADA appealed the ITIA decision and requested a disqualification of the world number one for a period of one to two years.
– CAS will make a final decision on your case early next year. Does it weigh on you or do you not think about it?
– No, I’ve already found myself in this situation three times. We had three hearings. And three times everything worked out in my favor, which is good.
Of course I don`t like my situation. But I`m going to work as a team with everyone, just like I did before, and we`ll see what happens.  
I`m feeling positive about how things will turn out.
WADA wants to disqualify Sinner for at least a year, but leave all his victories in place. Why?
