McDavid on Draisaitl: His season is similar to when Leon won MVP. He, Podkolzin and Arvidsson played well together and complement each other well 19.01.2025

Connor McDavid weighs in on Leon Draisaitl`s performance this season. Edmonton`s German forward has 64 points (31 goals, 33 assists) in the current NHL season and ranks second on the list of top scorers in the league.  
I think his season is very similar to when he was named MVP.
His line plays very well, everyone complements each other. [Vasily Podkolzin] does a great job of getting the puck on the forecheck, he works really hard.  [Viktor Arvidsson] gets the puck off the boards really well, and of course Leo is Leo.
The three of them complement each other well, they played well together. He [Draisaitl] is playing very well, ” the Oilers captain said.
